All the tools to see you on your way to being a success in your own time. Covering fat loss, toning up, muscle building and weight-loss. I can custom design your plan to suit your lifestyle. It’s also great for those that live anywhere as it’s a one off training session that usually lasts around 90 min with training corrective teqnique and posture analyse. Is the kickstart for men and women?

Yes, it’s for men women, anyone from the ages of 18-50 can take part in the kickstart plan. It’s only one personal training session with corrective technique and then after you work from home or gym with the custom plan I design you to follow for your nutrition and your training plan. you also have me online for support.



Can I use my own body weight?

Yes, you use your own body weight as i custom design the plan for your needs. I also can custom the plan if you train at the gym and work with weight training and functional fitness.

Can the diet plan be tailored to vegetarians or vegans?

Yes, I can custom design the nutrition the plan for vegans and vegetarians.
