I highly recommend switching over to organic foods when you can, So your rid of any GMO Genetically Modified Foods. Always wash your vegetables. Check for the best before date and when buying fresh food know whats ripe and ready and what needs ripping at home as well educate yourself of meat, chicken and fish, so you get the best cut and best dates. With cooking I recommend to steam, grill, boil and cook in coconut oil if frying foods. When boiling veg make sure you don’t over cook as this will boil out all the good nutrients of the food then turn to mush and don’t over burn food as it’s not good for you either. Avoid microwaves at all costs. Try to choose to go organic when you can for a even more healthier choice. Especially with all fish, poultry, meats, fruits and veg. I know most people would say its
more expensive but your really can’t put a price on your health! Being unhealthy with Medical bills in future would cost you more than eating healthy now and staying healthy. Being healthy is your choice and I’m only here to point out whats best for health and longevity.
So the choice is yours and I choose to live a healthy life as i know what its like to be ill in hospital, restricted and depressed. It’s our responsibility to eat well, exercise, sleepbetter and stay positive. Living a healthy lifestyle is a choice worth making as part of a daily lifestyle.
